japan trip day 5

shall continue bloggin bout my japan trip..heeee

aft a long trip down frm mt fuji to tokyo...we rched shinyokohama--ramen museum...

at first i tot is juz ani normal museum whr we will see hw ramen is being made n alll..in the end it turn out qte diff...we sort of went back to the 'past'..the entire area is done up to look like in the 80s..old bildings n so on...n thr r several ramen shops around the entire area...

alll the ramen r in diff kind of flavors...we chose the one dat has the pork soup base...i had mine wif wanton...we get to c rite infront of the cook...n we even took pic wif the ramen waiter..hahaaaa!!!!

we den continue on to asakusa kannon temple...can oso be known as the famous lei men ba...was realli damn cold esp dat it is raining oso....

visited ard the temple n thr r loads of students over thr too...is interesting to c like everyone even guys tking umbrellas out...thr is like umbrella congestion when we r walking towards the temple...

aft visitng the last temple in our itinery..head off to ueno flea mkt to get cheap snacks..thr r loads of other shopplaces ard thr too....interesting shopppin over thr..

we continue onto shinjuku..is sth like singapore orchard rd...n we realli had fun shoppin over thr...the blue label n agnes b over thr is realli soo much cheaper compared to sg prices....esp blue label..shd hv bought more..

haaaa....the other interesting tingy dat happen was dat while we r walking aimlessly...me n xuannie met host club ppl...hmmm..n they r all reallli damn shuai!!!!!!wanted to tk pics wif them but instead they kip askin us go visit their host club.....haaa..of course in the end we didnt go la...but was a realli cool experience....

at nite we head back to hotel n had our own free time to shop ard ikekuburo--near our hotel...was another street full of shoppin places n sooo on...tooo bad we didnt follow another couple to shibuya..or else we cfm shop like crazi de..heee...but we had fun aniwaes..

decided to hv a decent dinner so we went to this western restaurant...luckily they had eng menu...or else we wun noe hw to order...haaa...the place is realli pretty...n service realli gd...the waiter is listening super closely to us cuz we r speaking eng..n the food is yummmy!!!!!!

aft dat we juz hang ard vivo...gss nt realli dat 'hot'over thr sia...we feel damn sian...haaa...esp sian when we r both kinda broke...n thr isnt ani big sales over thr....urggggggh!!!

so we ended up eating again at toastbox..(im realli eating a lot n gettin fat fast recently)...i guess as we aged..lol...we prefer to 'la kopi' den realli shop...shop awhile wana rest le...heee...but we had fun catching up...hopefully gg her hse soon to slack tog..

todae was hectic for me...mornin went airport to pei enen send off her bf...n we had popeyes for lunch...realli big portion for us..feel damn stuffed aft dat..

den we head off to tiong bahru to finalli get the addidas pay..office is realli nice...seriously dun mind wrkin thr at all..(ok we r feelin bored...heee)

aft which rush down to tanjong pagar for job interview..hoping to get reply soon sia...n den pei enen mit her firend at town...was realli fun toking to her friend..turn out we r all nyjcians...mk me start tinking of my old jc daes..aniwaes....thanks for the coffeebean treat too!!!!!


real tired rite nw.more job interviews coming up...i realli realli hope i can get a gd job sooon!!!!

lazy day at tpy

met up wif hui to slack ard at tpy....

thr r actaulli a lot of cheapo shops ard..juz dat muz dig..heee..we had fun digging stuff..n we had diinner at a realli worthwhile place..is a small eating place at entertainment centre...sell all sorts of food--western,japanese,fingerfood n all..n at a very reasonable price...


look at the menu crfully--mixed fruit juice n the health benefits.

we had chicken chop plus 3 side dishes for free..plus u can choose your own....total is like $4.50...n is realli yummy!!!!


the shop is smalll but cosy...thr is like a movie playing...n oso you can play board games...damn coool lor...


me n hui will be gg back soon again....worthwhile....

we den had our all time fav waffles frm the normal breadshop..heee...we r greedy pigs...n shop ard ntuc...

Japan trip day 4

Day 4

woke up earli as usual n had another nice breakfast at the pretty westin hotel..realli like this hotel sia..haaaaa



was qte a long trip to mount fuji...i tink was ard 3 or 4 hrs ba..so during the journey..me n xuannie juz fell into deep slp...n b4 we knew it...we could see small lil mt fuji frm far...was super thrilled when we cld see la...mt fuji is realli pretty esp when we start nearing it....love it..too bad dat is a slping volcano..

we had lunch at this small restaurant/souvenier shop below mt fuji..it was ok onli...but i had fun tking pics wif out newly made firends...jeslyn n her husband..realli cute married couple..

we then travelled further up to reach this small little village lookin area near mt fuji..apparently..water frm mt fuji kinda flows down here...so it is super cold..

but i realli hv to sae dat the water is super damn clear n nice...cld see the fishes swimming clearly...i love that place...is like somewhr totally diff n relaxing..tho it is realli starting to be cold

said to be one of the scariest ride ard...


the bus den continue to travel up mt fuji to the 5th station...while travelling up..all the windows panes r alr feelin realli cold...by the time we rched the station...the weather thr is like 10 degree celcius..(souvenier shops below)

i'm onli wearing a pullover...super damn cold la...the even cool ting is dat thr is snow everywhr..tho is nt realli a lot la....


me n xuannie still walk up to the shrine despite of the weather la...managed to snap a few pics..heee

we den move on to a big supermkt near mt fuji...did some shoppin over dat...was actuali qte surprised..was tinkin m fuji area shd be qte a ulu place...but is totallly opp lor...

aft our short shoppin trip..we head back to our hotspring hotel..is like a lil inn n we have the place all to the whole tourgrp...qte shaung....as usual..scenery n weather rocks over thr..

.n we had one of the best dinners over thr...sukiyaki!!!!n oso chawanmushi..i clean up everythin...realli yummy!!!!had a bit of interacting time wif the tour grp ppl...was realli fun chattin n knowing them...

was super bu hao yi si n excited at the same time lor...cuz we hv to go in naked....arrrrh!!!!!me n xuannie went in wif 3 other girls...but luckily we all had our own ways to cover up...heee...the hotspring is realli shuang...v comfortable n relaxing..i tink we kinda stayed in abit over the usual time..in the end when we came out..all of us felt a bit dizzy...n then mins aft dat..super drained off...(took this pic b4 everyone starts gg in-->below)


i slpt well dat nite...love the thick n comfortable blanket...n i was full of energy the nxt dae too...heeee!!!

sunday cls is as usual todae...i guess nxt time i shall try more jazzy songs...sth diff...finalli met yanxin n xiuying todae...haven met like for a mth le lor...heeeee

we had lunch n teabreak wif debra oso...we realli had fun girl chatting for the entire afternoon...sooo mani tings to unload...hmm..n we met all the same kind of ppl...xiuying is lucky sia...haaa..njoyed the girl outing todae...


met ed rite aft dat...had dinner n all..glad he like the pressies i gt frm japan..yay!!!!we had a long chat todae oso...abt the future..haa...n a lot more stuff...esp toking at the swimming pool area at my place..mks me feel damn nua lor...


tmr hv to start my jobsearch again le...jiayous!!!!
