i totally KO yest...couldnt wake up to go for cls...

but aniwae...had a mini bdae dinner celeb for daddy...whole family went out to eat...been some time since we all including maid and popo have a nice eat out session...

went to this modern lookin vegetarian restuarant in btw little india thr n sim lim tower area...recommended by mama... 7 sensations..




i like the place...nice to chill wif friends and if we r lookin for reallli healthy food---no msg,vegetarian,organic and natural..we can go thr to eat...

ordered qte a lot of food to share...great variety and all r yummy...i love the potato gratin the most....the taste is healtheir and not so heavy...i guess those who realli loooovee meat mite nt like it tho...i recommend all the cakes tho!!!egg or eggless taste real gd.....

im soo tired nw.

sun was an interesting day for me...went wif my mum qte earli in the morning to ritz cartlon for an indian wedding..one of my close eng tuition teachers i had when i was i sec sch..her daughter is gettin married...

the hotel and the grand ballroom is alr grand and posh looking...n the deco added in mk it even more elegant lookin...roses and some of those indian flowers r thr..is pretty but im tryin qte hard to stay some distance away from all the flowers...

unlike the usual cocktail having soft drinks ard..thr is a variety of tea we can choose frm...which i tink is beta...haaaaa..get to hv a my fav earl grey..


den we went in to c the traditional indian wedding ceremony..was pretty long and thr r loads of procedures..groom will get blessing frm the prist first..den the bride..and den both of them...i had to ask my mom's indian friends for some translation...realli dun understand wad they doin...

den i knew..the bride hv to sort of hit their heads to show their respect to the elephant god...the bride hv to wear loads of gold on her body..bangles and necklaces..n this is similar to our chi kinda wedding when the bridesmaid tried to bid for more angbao money b4 the groom gets into the bride hse...roughly the same theory but exhibited in a diff way..

the most interesting part for me is dat the groom hv to kneel down and put the toe ring for the bride...kinda similar to putting the ring on the finger...dat would mean dat the grrom nw truely posess her...


n all of us gt this yellow rice..n to be thrown towards the bride n groom when ceremoney ends...


was an eye opener for me...

the buffet lunch was pretty good too..all indian food and i guess all r curries--fish,chicken,vege...n veri nice bread..i get to try the indian icecream tooo..has this spice taste iniside....also chatted with some of my mom's old colleagues= teachers in my sec sch....

2dae went to wrk one day to help out in some course in river valley pri sch....woke up damn earli...den met wif enen...the whole dae we r packed wif lots of chores and moving of heavy boxes ard the sch....super duper tiring.....

was observing the kids while helpin out..is real interestin to c pri sch students..esp pri one and two...having odd behaviors..during lunch..saw this boy taking out the skin of the meat out of the packet chicken rice...i asked him and he said he is tking onli the rice for his auntie at hm...n he evn took like 2-3 packets of chicken/duck rice and drinks hm with him.....he realli noes hw to save money....heeeeeeeeeeee....

realli a very diff wrkin experience for me....both me and enen r worn out....
shall go rest earli tonite.....

had a pretty interesting presentation on fri....i had fun working with all our team ppl..including our 2 juniors....we all acted as teachers...heee..and faith realli can act like a good HOD..hope we can continue to have fun for the rest of this short sem b4 we graduate


went out for the whole dae..12 hrs...damn tired nw..but it realli has been some time since i spend my sat proper..

met up wif jolene for a short ktv session todae at amk...interesting way dat we met each other but we juz hit off real quick...was fun singing todae...but realli too long nv sing le...voice is weird...realli hv to brush up soon...we had fun crooning together anyway..nxt time mus ask ur sis and my sis to hang out tog again!!!!!!!

xuan came oso den we hang and slack ard fareast..we r all damn nua...so in the end is more of like endin up eatin n gal-talking....short but fun...we mus meet up soon for nice food and fun outings......

sooo we watched 10,000 BC..im tinkin since is frm the director of independence day and day after tml..shd be great....


hmm..the beginning of the movie is kinda slow n a lil sian..but it starts gettin intereestin n more exciting at the back...love the music and seriously...those extinct animals look super real...amzed by dat..still a nice movie to catch...!!!

the mid terms r finally over...BUT this is still not the end to it la....


more assignments,tests and the final exams will be coming up...for nw..i juz wana tk a short break...totally exhausted and out of energy...few wks of muggin n pia-ing mks everyone in cls looks qte pale looking and tired...

had abit of retail therapy todae...went shoppin wif enen at bugis and had soup spoon...i super duper highjly recommend to everyone!!!!!!!!!the soup is yummy and i love the bread..soft and crispy...both of us realli njoyed the food a lot....
